Checkout may use Cashfree, PayPal or another configured payment route depending on currency, gateway availability and customer location. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own legal terms and privacy notices. SiteFlow AI stores transaction references/status needed for order administration but should not store raw card credentials.
Merchant disclosures
Checkout displays pricing and links to Terms, Privacy, Refund/Cancellation, Delivery and support information. Customers must accept the applicable policies before starting payment.
Billing
Website plans can be monthly or annual. Extra pages, Shop/Product add-ons and AI credits are additional when selected. A new domain carries an extension-based annual charge. For monthly website plans, the domain annual charge is billed only in the first month of each 12-month domain cycle.
Disputes and chargebacks
Contact support first so transaction records and fulfilment can be reviewed. Payment disputes and chargebacks remain subject to Cashfree/PayPal rules and applicable card/network or banking rules.
These platform policies are designed as operational baseline terms for a global SaaS website-builder and multi-region payment flow. They are not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
